The altitude tents are connected to our Altitude Spaces altitude simulation generator, which makes the air in the altitude tents comparable to mountain air. All this is done safely without the use of chemicals or additional gases. The air produced in the altitude tents can be used for various types of simulated altitude training including ‘Live High, Train low, ‘Hypoxic workouts’ and ‘Intermittent Hypoxic Training’. Depending on the method, you can train between sea level and 6000m altitude. This way you can walk comfortably on the treadmill or train on your rollers without an obstructive face mask and supply hose.
