Several Olympic champions choose our altitude training and therapies!

Low oxygen therapy (hypoxia)

Train at altitude. Wherever you are.

Stimulate your body to use oxygen more efficiently and experience greater endurance, faster recovery, and peak performance.

Get stronger, faster and fitter.

Every athlete wants to reach their full potential.

With low oxygen therapy—also known as hypoxia therapy—you challenge your body in a smart, controlled way. By training, resting, or sleeping in a lower-oxygen environment, you simulate the conditions of training at altitude.

Your body adapts, learns to use oxygen more efficiently, and becomes stronger, fitter, and more durable.

What is low oxygen therapy?

Hypoxia therapy brings the effects of altitude training to your own living environment. The oxygen level in the air is deliberately reduced—as if you were training in the mountains—allowing your body to adapt and become stronger. This results in more red blood cells, improved oxygen absorption, and greater endurance.

At Altitude Spaces, you can choose between two applications:

Altitude room

An altitude training camp in the mountains is expensive, time-consuming, and difficult to combine with work or family. Our technology makes it possible to experience the same benefits—right in your own home.

In your altitude chamber, Altitude Spaces installs an automated hypoxia system that lowers the oxygen level in the air, thus simulating altitude conditions.

You can live, sleep, work and train in a controlled, safe and quiet environment: your own living space.

This technology offers:

  • Altitude simulation up to 3000 m (endurance athletes) or 6000 m (mountain athletes)
  • Full integration in existing spaces from 10 m²
  • Air purification with fine dust and pollen filters
  • Continuous automatic control of the oxygen level

Ideal for those who want to combine the benefits of an altitude training camp with the comfort of home.

Altitude tent

The altitude tent is a mobile and flexible solution for athletes who want to integrate altitude training into their daily lives.

The tent simulates altitude conditions by lowering the oxygen concentration in the air, giving your body the feeling of being at altitude.

Use the tent for sleeping, resting or training — depending on your purpose.

You can choose between two versions:

  • Bed tent – Compact model for sleep and recovery sessions, ideal for home use.
  • Training tent – Larger version that allows you to actively train at height, perfect for cycling, running, or strength training.

Both models are:

  • Easy to set up and take down
  • Fully transparent, with access from both sides
  • Equipped with feed-throughs for air hoses and charging cables
  • Compatible with the Spaces HH-10H altitude simulation generator

Perfect for athletes, mountain climbers, or health-conscious users who want to improve their performance without long journeys.

The result: greater endurance, better recovery and improved performance — all in the comfort of your own home.

The benefits of low oxygen therapy

Hypoxia therapy has a powerful effect on both your physical and mental performance. The controlled exposure to lower oxygen levels triggers natural adaptations that make your body stronger, more efficient, and more resilient.

  • Stimulates natural EPO production
  • Promotes the production of young red blood cells for optimal oxygen transport.
  • Increases your VO₂ max and energy levels
  • More oxygen capacity means more power, endurance and peak performance.
  • Strengthened immune system and cardiovascular system
  • Supports heart function, blood flow and overall vitality.
  • Improves physical and mental focus
  • Better oxygen supply to the brain and muscles increases concentration and mental resilience.
  • Stimulates growth hormone and fat metabolism
  • Promotes recovery, muscle building and energy burning.
  • Protects against oxidative stress
  • Reduces cell fatigue and supports long-lasting performance.

In short: low oxygen therapy helps you recover faster, perform more efficiently, and stay mentally sharper.

Who is low oxygen therapy intended for?

For elite athletes, promising athletes, and driven amateurs who want to take their performance to the next level. Also suitable for mountaineers or health-conscious users who want to improve their fitness, endurance, or recovery.

Whether you:
  • want to increase your endurance,
  • want to recover faster from training or competitions,
  • Whether you want to structurally improve your performance, low-oxygen therapy helps you get the most out of yourself.
