Our love for sports comes straight from our own experience.<\/p>

Sylvia was active in the decathlon in athletics for many years, and Jos in cycling.
More than fourteen years ago, our journey together began when our son Yenthe took up cycling.<\/p>

After speaking with several elite athletes, we realized how important recovery,
oxygen, and mental strength are in achieving peak performance.
This insight motivated us to actively seek out the best technologies and
methods to support athletes.<\/p>

Yenthe\u2019s own path in sports has had its ups and downs \u2014 a real struggle of perseverance, falling and getting back up again.<\/p>

When the coronavirus pandemic abruptly ended his cycling career, that
challenge turned into something new: together with his father, he built the technical installations of
what is now Altitude Spaces.<\/p>

Today, Jos and Yenthe work side by side on the technical installations, while Sylvia is the warm, professional point of contact for every athlete who walks through the door.
That experience\u2014the combination of passion, drive, and renewed strength\u2014still forms the core of what we do: helping others recover faster, become mentally stronger, and achieve peak performance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
